- Each subscription package includes a monthly delivery of a unique vessel, a bi-weekly delivery of a Floral Design Kit, and access to floral design instruction in our Virtual Design Studio.
- What is included in a Floral Design Kit?
- Each Floral Design Kit is thoughtfully curated and carefully delivered with you In mind. Your Floral Design Kit includes a recipe of freshly cut stems and composition necessities to accomplish the styled arrangement.
- How do I access the Virtual Design Studio?
- The Virtual Design Studio streams live via Tailored Twig’s channel on YouTube Studio. Access is unlisted, and is granted only to subscribers. Check your email for your unique link to join the live stream or view at your leisure.
- When do I receive my Floral Design Kit?
- Floral Design Kit deliveries arrive the day prior to any scheduled class. Our Floral Design Kits are shipped Overnight Priority because they contain fresh cut flowers. Generally, Overnight Priority shipments are delivered before 10am to ensure freshness. Due to COVID-19, FedEx is unable to guarantee that deliveries will arrive before 10am. However, they are the highest priority to be delivered in your area. If you checked the box to accept delivery updates, you will receive text messages from FedEx to the mobile phone number provided. Upon delivery, please relocate your Floral Design Kit to a climate-controlled environment as soon as possible & proceed to follow the provided instructions at tailoredtwig.com/instructions.
- When do I receive my monthly vessel?
- Vessels are shipped from our studio on a monthly basis. Your vessel will arrive before the first class of the month. Throughout the month, Tailored Twig’s Virtual Design Studio will cover multiple designs utilizing the same vessel [two or three, depending on the number of weeks in a particular month].
- I missed the Virtual Design Studio live stream. How can I get instructions for this week’s arrangement?
- Follow the unique link in your email to view the recorded class at your leisure.
- I’m leaving town. Can I pause my subscription?
- Your subscription can be paused on a monthly basis by emailing behindthescenes@tailoredtwig.com and requested a pause. All subscription modifications must be updated at least 14 days before your next scheduled delivery. Any modifications made within 14 days of your next scheduled delivery cannot be guaranteed.

- All personal information can be edited by emailing behindthescenes@tailoredtwig.com and requesting a change. Modifications to delivery address must be made at least 14 days before your next scheduled delivery. - I’m listed as an inactive subscriber. What does this mean?
- If you’re listed as an inactive subscriber, either you’ve paused your subscription or your subscription duration has ended. To resume a paused subscription or renew an expired subscription, email behindthescenes@tailoredtwig.com with details.

- Subscriptions can be set to the duration of your choosing. Options are 1 month, 2 months, or 3 months of bi-weekly deliveries. You can renew your subscription as many times as you’d like with the convenient auto-renew feature!

- What is included in the subscription price?
- The subscription price includes one vessel per month, bi-weekly design kits, and access to live instruction - everything you need to create your floral masterpiece!

- Conveniently pay using Visa, Mastercard, and American Express
- When do I get charged for my subscription?
- Payment is processed two weeks prior to the first class of the month. At that time, payment will be collected for the upcoming month of subscription services. The option to pay-in-full is offered when initially subscribing. [Payment-in-full is eligible for a 10% discount on 2-month subscriptions and 20% on 3- month subscriptions.] If the auto-renew option is selected when initially subscribing, all selected features and options will automatically renew before the end of the subscription duration. Modifications should be made 15 days before subscription is set to expire.
- How can I change my credit card information?
- Credit card information can be edited by emailing behindthescenes@tailoredtwig.com with the updated information . Payment is required at least 14 days prior to your next scheduled delivery.

REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS
- I received my Floral Design Kit, but the flowers are not up to Tailored Twig’s high standards. How does this issue get resolved?
- If your flowers arrive damaged or less-than-perfectly-fresh, Tailored Twig can take action. Please note, you will be required to snap some photos of the poor quality/ damaged blooms and send them to behindthescenes@tailoredtwig.com within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a credit. Our behind-the-scenes specialist will determine the appropriate course of action and follow up with you to confirm the details.

- Can I give a subscription as a gift?
- Absolutely! The Virtual Design Studio subscription is a fantastic gift. Just select “Yes” when asked “Is this a gift?” and proceed to fill in the required information for your recipient.
- I’d love to order a custom arrangement designed by Tailored Twig! How can I place an order?
- The Tailored Twig Design Studio is located in Tampa, Florida. Deliveries are made within Tampa Bay and the surrounding areas, only. Please head to tailoredtwig.com/contact-us and submit an order request at least 48 hours prior to requested delivery time.
- Is Tailored Twig available to design events outside of the Tampa Bay area?
