A Discussion of Details
Our Tailored Twig design team has already shared a glimpse into Rebecca and Michael's wedding at The Ringling's Ca' d'Zan Mansion in our Inspiration to Creation feature on their sweetheart table and reception décor. However, this incredible Sarasota wedding is so much more, that we knew we wanted to feature the entire wedding day. This wedding film encapsulated their beauty and love of their wedding day. Rebecca looked stunning in a long flowing, silk satin wedding gown with an illusion lace bodice and long sleeves. A hand-tailored bridal bouquet of full, lush, white peonies, blush garden roses, and seeded eucalyptus was the perfect accessory for this luxurious wedding gown. Their outdoor Sarasota wedding ceremony fully embraced the waterfront backdrop. Four statuesque white columns topped with exquisite crown molding and a crystal chandelier created the chuppah for the couples sunset wedding ceremony. The chuppah was draped in soft flowing sheer rose colored fabric, accented with climbing branches and anchored with clusters of white and blush flowers. The aisle was adorned with groupings of hurricane globes with chunky white pillar candles and greenery. A rope of greenery draped between to large white garden urns protected the custom aisle runner that was hand painted with their gold wedding crest. The urns overflowed with white, quicksand and peaches and cream roses, as well as blush garden roses, and Italian ruscus. As darkness fell, wedding guests were transported across the estate to the Ringling Museum and Courtyard for an evening filled with dinner and dancing. The couple's sweetheart table with intertwined circles of greenery, floating candles, and gold candelabra echoed the design and color story of the garden wedding reception. Long wooden tables with soft creamy fabric runners were anchored with tall gold risers topped with arrangements of roses, white astilbe, ranunculus, dusty miller and snapdragons continuing the warm white and blush palette. Clear glass charger plates with gold rims reflected the warm candlelight of floating candles in clear glass vessels and clusters of flowers that dotted the length of each table. Hanging crystal chandeliers, and garden lighting along with a starlit sky enhanced the shimmer of the floating candles and gold accents. Rebecca and Michael could not have asked for a more magical evening. Thank you to the incredible wedding professionals who collaborated to create this dream wedding.
